UbeBiBakedGoods llc will be baking Cookies, Cakes, Cheesecakes, Breads, Tarts and other pastries and baked goods using
the Ube plant which is a purple sweet potato originating from the Philippines and Okinawa Japan. I will also be bringing Matcha, Pandan, Yuzu, Red Bean and other Asian Flavors to the Erie Area.

UbeBiBakedGoods llc is an ASD friendly, Black owned, Asian owned and Woman owned business. We specialize in Asian Flavors and are constantly testing, experimenting, and expanding our flavor profiles. We are able to do traditional American Flavors as well as traditional German flavors.
